PROCEDURE
ON-SITE ENROLLMENT:
STEP 1: PENDING
- Submit the admission requirements to the Registrar’s Office
- Fill out the Pre-enrollment Form completely
- Create an account for the Learning Management System (LMS)
STEP 2: EVALUATED
- Enlisting of proper subjects by the Registrar’s Office Personnel.
STEP 3: BILLED
- Proceed to the Finance Office for the assessment of Payment.
STEP 4: ENROLLED
- Get the Official Receipt and a copy of your Registration Form.
ONLINE ENROLLMENT:
STEP 1: PENDING
- Go to https://pmftci.com/ Select College Login. Create an account and fill out the form.
- Upload photos of requirements and wait for the Registrar’s Office to evaluate your application.
- At least upload photos of the Admission Requirements.
STEP 2: EVALUATED
- Wait for the status of Enrollment to become EVALUATED by the Registrar’s Office.
STEP 3: BILLED
- Pay personally to the Finance Office or pay Online via G-Cash/Maya.
- Upload your proof of payment (Reference Number and Amount Paid) and wait for the Finance Officer to finish the Enrollment.
STEP 4: ENROLLED
- You are now officialy enrolled. View your enrolled subjects at the My Schedule section of the LMS.
Note: Personally Submit your Original Admission Requirements to the Registrar’s Office and get your Certificate of Registration to the Finance Office.
